The short version

If you join the Gold Key waitlist, we keep your email address so we can tell you when Gold Key opens and send news and drops. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@milaroth.com.

Who runs this site

What we collect

Only when you submit the waitlist form:

• Your email address
• Your consent: the wording of the checkbox you ticked and the date and time you signed up
• Approximate country, worked out by our hosting provider from your connection (not your exact location)
• Browser information (the "user agent", e.g. browser and device type), which helps us spot automated spam sign-ups

To stop abuse of the form, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is kept for about one hour to limit repeated submissions. We don't store your IP address itself with your sign-up.

We don't ask for your name, phone number, payment details or anything else on this site.

Why we use it

To email you Gold Key news, launch updates and drops, and to keep a record that you agreed to receive them.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect emails sent before you did.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. Later we may move the list to an email service (for example MailerLite) to send the emails. If we do, we'll only share what's needed to send them, and we'll update this page.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we remove your details from the list.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you (access)
• fix anything that's wrong (correction)
• delete your data (deletion)
• stop emailing you, or withdraw your consent at any time

Email hello@milaroth.com and we'll handle it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in the country where you live.

No selling of data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers and doesn't set tracking cookies. When you confirm you're 18 or older for Gold Key, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage so you aren't asked again. It stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font requests go to third parties. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Links to Instagram, X or Google Drive take you to those services, and their privacy policies apply there.

Age

Gold Key is for adults 18+. This site and the waitlist are not meant for anyone under 18.
